LASER SRL - STENCIL SANDWICH MACHINE
Laser is manufacturing since more than ten year sandwich stencil machines for the biscuit industry which can guarantee consistent output for sandwich biscuits for the bakery industry.
The machine can be adapted and connected to different packing or cooling solution in order to follow the different packaging configurations. After 10 year we are now presenting a new version of the stencil sandwich machine specially designed for an even easier cleaning and maintenance.
The new stencil sandwich machine is working with only two lateral chains and a sanitary design as well as modular construction system which ensure a even wider range of products that can be processed with the machine.
The machine can be supplied with one or two tanks, with dedicated pumps for each lane as well as possibility to connect two flow wrappers or a row multiplier with up to 16 exit channels.
In order to prepare the filling for this machine we can offer our new range of bridge type planetary mixer with double mixing tool, air injection, possibility to have automatic raw material feeding as well cooling or heating of the mixing bowl, in order to ensure the best and most stable cream, for the best stencil machine in the market.
